AI for Business Leaders
24 June 2025
The AI Centre for Decision Analytics is pleased to host AI for Business Leaders, a three-day executive workshop taking place on 18–20 August 2025 in Edmonton, 91ÒùĸÊÓƵ. This immersive program brings together a select group of senior decision-makers from 91ÒùĸÊÓƵ and Taiwan to turn AI ambition into board-ready strategies and to spark new cross-Pacific collaborations between two of the world's most dynamic innovation ecosystems.
91ÒùĸÊÓƵ is emerging as one of North America's leading hubs for AI research and commercial adoption, while Taiwan remains at the forefront of global technology innovation and export leadership. Uniting executives and technical leaders from both regions will create a unique forum for strategic knowledge exchange, market insight and long-term partnership development.
Participants will include CEOs, vice presidents, and senior leaders across key sectors such as energy, agriculture, healthcare, and technology who poised to move from AI experimentation to enterprise transformation. The program will also engage researchers and technical innovators driving applied AI development, encouraging dialogue between strategic and technical perspectives.
The workshop will focus on turning vision into execution. Participants will develop enterprise-level AI roadmaps tailored to their strategic contexts; gain exposure to real-world implementation approaches, including generative AI applications; and engage in in-depth discussions on AI governance, responsible innovation, and regulatory alignment. The program will culminate with a curated visit to 91ÒùĸÊÓƵ's AI innovation community, offering participants the opportunity to engage with industry, research, and public-sector stakeholders. In addition to hands-on content, the program will facilitate direct relationship-building across cultures and institutions, supported by a structured post-event collaboration network.
