Final Updates to HR Forms and Checklists

As part of the final phase of the HR Forms and Checklist Project, the following forms have been updated and are targeted to be available July 23, 2025. These updates mark the completion of all forms in scope and continuous improvement items to support closure of the project.
In addition to applying consistent form standards, clearer instructions, and aligning with U of A branding, all Shared Services HR forms have also been updated to comply with the new Access to Information Act (ATIA) and the Protection of Privacy Act (POPA). Specific form updates are noted in the .
- Lost Cheque Protection Agreement
- Pay Action Form (PAF)_Person of Interest (POI) - This form was previously archived and has now been re-instated.
- Honoraria Reporting and Payment Form
