The Copyright Office is a source of information and guidance for the 91ÒùĸÊÓÆµ community on issues related to copyright.

  1. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the 91ÒùĸÊÓÆµ's UAPPOL Use of Copyright Materials Policy and Procedure, and the For Instructors section of this website.
  2. Know your options when distributing course materials to your students.
    • Are you using an LMS, such as eClass?
      • For materials available through the Library, you can create LMS-compatible to link students to ebooks and other subscription eresources, and/or to .
      • For other materials, see the "Posting to a Learning Management System" section of our Course Materials webpage, or submit a for an in-depth copyright review.
    • Are you using a print course package?
      • All course packages are subject to review by the Copyright Office. See our Course Materials webpage, download the , and submit your request at least 6-8 weeks prior to the start of your course.
