The Department of Physics offers support to undergraduate research with:
- Natural Science and Engineering 91ÒùĸÊÓƵ Council: Undergraduate Student 91ÒùĸÊÓƵ Awards (NSERC USRA)
- For Canadian citizens or Permanent Residents of Canada.
- Government of Canada award.
- Summer Undergraduate Physics 91ÒùĸÊÓƵ Experience (SUPRE) Awards
- For either domestic OR international students.
- Department of Physics award (contingent on funding availability).
Applications for the summer 2025 term are now CLOSED. The deadline to apply was the close of business day on Tuesday, February 4, 2025. For details as to how to apply to the NSERC USRA and departmental SUPRE awards, visit this webpage. Please note the important changes to the submission process.
