Our surgeons are part of the Shoulder and Upper Extremity 91ÒùĸÊÓƵ Group of Edmonton (SURGE) and Collaborative Orthopaedic 91ÒùĸÊÓƵ (CORe).

SURGE is a multidisciplinary group of surgeons, therapists, and research assistants that aim to conduct high-quality clinical research which has meaningful impacts on the care delivery and outcome of our patients with various upper extremity conditions.

As part of CORe, our team collaborates with other researchers from the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine, and Faculty of Engineering to conduct multidisciplinary basic science and clinical research projects.
